Folks, I have had to disable the Registration module for the main site. Joomla, the software I use, has made some changes to the way passwords are stored/encrypted, and it has played havoc with me ever since the upgrade... and, there's no going back, unfortunately. So, until I get that all straightened out, do not worry about registering for the site, except for in the forums. The forums have always had a separate login structure, and I think that I will leave it as it is. Actually, if I can get all of my downloads to be managed within the forums, I will likely return the whole site to the Forum Portal it used to be. It makes more sense for the type of content that is here. So, for those of you who have reached out to me about not being able to login, I do apologize. It's been frustrating trying to track down and fix the core issue... trust me! Enjoy the site, everyone! |

Folks, I've received permission from BMC/Remedy to publish the presentations from past Remedy User Group conferences!!! The UserWorld 2006 presentations are in the process of being reviewed and published! It will take a couple more days to get them all published, so, please be patient! I'd like to thank both Vincent Riedweg and Frank Matarrese for volunteering their time to assist in getting the documents all published! Thanks fellas!!!  |

One area that I've been working on is the Download section. I've ported all the tools from the other system over here, and, I've added in quite a few other items as well. This includes all the FAQs and tidbits from Lenny Warren and Tim Widowfield's cookbooks. Please take a few minutes to poke around the site. If you have a login on the forums, it should be active here as well, though the two are not really linked together (no SSO here yet!). Take care and enjoy! |
