Dear All,

I have a big Project(for a telecom company),It's a very big and complex
organization. they wanna my company develop a workflow managment system on
Remedy 6.0.

They have one headquarter, and about 20 subcompanies controlled by HQ, each
subcompany has several branches. A three level structure.

How can I design my the application? As far as I am concerned, the most
eaziest way is just install a Remedy in HQ, and pulish the applicaiton as a
website base on it,so that all sub companies and branches can visit it
through internal network. But I have some worries on this plan,
1,not sure remedy can support such large amount of users(more than on
thousand).
2,The performance of the application will be acceptable? does remedy support
cluster? this means can we install 2 or more remedies and lets them work as
one?
3,the maintain work would be horrible.

what's your opinion?
Should I implement this idea? or maybe there are some better ideas
available.
Any comments on it would be highly apprecicate. thank you.

Best Regards
Larry Le

remedy can handle this quite easily the midtier deployment is the way to go. centrally locate the application server
and multiple web servers to support communications
build your application and deploy them. keep in mind the cost of licenseing in your development
