Our call center had recently purchased the Remedy ITSM Helpdesk version 5.5.1.
As we are logging calls for multiple customers and each customers would like to have their unique "prefix" and "running number" as their case id.
E.g. For customer AA, the case id should be AA0000001, AA000002, etc.
For customer BB, the case id should be BB000001, BB000002, etc.
Any advise on how to customise the case id? Thanks.
