Do you have the same date/time and time zone set on that client, and your AR Server? That would be both in the Admin tool and on the server itself.

Yeah, I know. We have the time set so that the two times should be the same.
I've checked the users regional settings and all is good.
What gets me is that the time stamp it gave has not even occurred yet.

There's an option that can be set for the Help Desk form through the Configuration Console that tells the system whether to set the arrival time field on opening a ticket or on submitting a ticket. If someone's got the HD form open for a few hours before submitting a ticket, one field shows when they opened the form, the other shows when they hit 'Save'.

Uh.. It was brought to my attention about 11am our time, anyone have any ideas?
