Hi,
I am using ARS 4.5.2 with HPD 4.0

In the production server I had changed some login names.
In the remedy home folder I did a rename of the "oldloginname.srh" file to
"newloginname.srh".

When the support referred to "My Search" on the Helpdesk form for their
saved queries, they are getting the menu as disabled.

How do I get the individual support searches back!!!
