Well... I figured this one out on my own.

It turns out that Migrator doesn't transfer/translate the display-instance
attributes of menu fields when they're migrated individually.

As a workaround, I've synchronized the view id's on all of our forms using
archgid.

I've migrated menu 'fields' from one form to another using migrator.

The migration goes fine but the menu fields (showing up in Form/Edit Menu
Bar) are only added to the first (not default) view of the form.
When I choose to add those fields to the other views they do appear in the
'fields not in this view' dialog.
If you then choose to add them to the view, some are added in 'Form/Edit
Menu
Bar' yet others show as buttons on the form with the field ID as the label.
