Shannon,

I was able to create the email, and it works in that it auto creates a
ticket from the email engine submission, but it also creates a second
"uncategorized" ticket as well! Kinda wierd behavior as I took the example
right out of the book. Anyone have any ideas as to why it is creating this
second ticket? Thanks!

Kevin

still not working

Gosh - I must have hard questions because no one ever answers me anymore.
:-/

Anyway, I figured out that it will take the field name or the field ID where
it says "Label".

Instead of asking specific questions, maybe I should ask if ANYONE has
successfully created an HTML form-based Email that users fill out in order
to send an email and open a ticket using the 5.1.2 Email Engine? If so, can
we talk about what you did and maybe I can see where I've gone off-track?
