Occasionally, it is nice to get a reference to a knowledge base article.
The search engine makes it hard to find the data. I opened a ticket to
request a kb reference that I knew existed, but couldn't find in a search.
Sometimes I wish there were alternate ways to look at the kb - like maybe a
directory of all the articles sorted into categories.
