Hi,
I am working on Windows 2000 Server/SQL SERVER 2000/ARS 5.1.2/Helpdesk 5.5

When I try to give someone a Help Desk Fixed license, I receive an error
message (7011001) telling me that there are no license available. Number
available 0, number in use 0).
I have 2 Helpdesk Fixed Licenses loaded on the license tool.
The same is being shown in the remedy.lic file.

why can't i add the helpdesk fixed licenses?
