Hi everyone.

I would like to create vb interface using remedy api's is it possible? and
i have found ARUSER.TLB only in vb but it doesn't have much function and
properties. I would like to access Active Link, Filter and Escalation and
their properties in vb mainly.

can anyone have idea in these?

Hi Kulap ,
There are products available to interface remedy and VB . See this web
site. http://www.croomconsulting.com/products.asp. We have used this
product to create entry in remedy system from web. Excellent. You may want
to try it.

You may not be able to access the AL, Filter, But you can create entry ,
deelte entry from web or VB etc..
See if this helps.

I agree - Croom Consulting's API is wonderful.

James Croom is also very responsive and helpful when you have questions.

Tickets created via any API are subject to the same workflow as if you
created them via the user interface.
