Hello,
I have a user that went from a solaris workstation to a linux box. He's tring to use the Remedy client on the new box but can't get past a certain point.

He logs into a solaris system from his local Linux box and runs remedy. The Remedy X window pops up and he logs into Remedy. The Remedy User window comes up. Then he goes to File -> Recent Search Forms -> 1. Tickets. After this the window disappears, with no error messages anywhere.

Can any help on this?
