Remedy Upgrade Central says, ”The AR System User Tool 5.1.2
may not be compatible with Crystal Reports created before
version 9.” We have had no problem with the User Tool, but
can’t get Crystal Reports to display on the web, and are
suffering from sticker shock at the cost of upgrading to CR 9.

Has anyone succeeded in displaying Crystal Reports over Mid-
Tier 5.1.2 either with a CR version less than 9, or without
the Crystal Enterprise (which is what makes it expensive.
You can get cheaper versions of CR 9 that don’t include
Enterprise.)?
