Hello guys
I am just a beginner with Remedy.
Adding to this thread, can anyone provide suggestions on how to redirect the user back to the login page if login fails. Remedy I believe uses a LoginServlet to dispay the following error message.
"
The following error(s) occurred while trying to process your request:
ARERR [329]
Invalid password for an existing user
"
How to get around with this and go to the login page again.
Any help on this.
Regards
Sachin

glad that helped! I know I saw the information in a presentation at RUG
this last year... and also had it verified by Support a month ago or so....
Take care!

Matt:
That did the trick! I just included the logincommon.jsp and it works now
like a champ! Why isn't that in the documentation, I wonder?
Thanks again,
Erich
