Hi, Gurus,
As I know, Remedy mail server on windows platform just provides MS exchange
server.
How can remedy mail server integrate with lotus notes for mail
notification?
I've searched the list for this issue, it mentioned there's a KB entry in
remedy support.
But I found the KB entry has been removed from Knowledge base.
Can anyone provide some hint or docs for this integration?

We currently do Lotus Notes e-mail through a "kludge." We have an outlook
client on our arserver/Remedy e-mail server. The user form is populated
with valid SMTP e-mail addresses (someone@mycompany.com). The outlook
client then sends the e-mail via our SMTP e-mail servers. The SMTP servers
then relay the e-mail to our notes servers.

Hi Zhang,

The easiest way I found was to enable SMTP & POP3 for the configured lotus
mail account on the server, enabling this with ARMail engine should go in
with no issues.
