Hi ! list i will be implementing Change Management in a Petrolium Co. I am
looking for any white paper or documentation regarding the analisyt,
requirements, specifications, etc.

I also need an example for a user needing a New Pc einstall. Like request
form, tasks associates, escalations etc.

Hi, for Change Mgmt you could take a look at websites regarding ITIL, if
you don?t have access to the original material, you can extract some
concepts from there.

Also, you can take a look at remedy.com, actually there is a short text
regarding Change Management. I think there?s a url right in the main
page that takes you there.
