A better place to go is to follow the main page's "For Customers" link then
"Enter Technical Support". Supply your username & password & there are links
to ARS, Help Desk, & ARWeb Knowledge Bases within.

I have seen many references to an ARS faq on this page. Where is it? I have
looked through Remedy's webpage a bit but can't find it. And their search
engine has been broken for a month at least. Has anyone else had trouble
searching their webpage? I go to www.remedy.com, and click on their search
link, and it just dies there. Its been like this for over a month at least.
And I have sent mail in a few times asking for this to be fixed, but never
get any reponse whatsoever, not really like Remedy.
So anyways, were can I get the ARS faq?
