When this happens run 'rpcinfo -p' to see if the RPC process is still
running. You should receive a reply that states the 390635 process is
linked to the same port as 390600. If not, you should report this to
Remedy-BMC. If it is running, it may be that your users are not running any
processes that would cause the List server process to be used at that time.

Subject: Missing RPC queue
We have been experiencing a strange problem for the last week or so. For
whatever reason it appears as though RPC port 390635 is not being used.
When I turn on SQL logging I only see the 390620 queue being used.
To fix the problem we have stopped and restarted the ARS server processes
but after some time the 390635 queue again stops being used. Or at least it
appears as though its not being used.
Anybody experience the same problem? We are running 4.5.2 (1077) on a AIX
with Oracle.
