Greetings,
When I change the attirbutes on a pulldown list such as status, the
user tool will not show the changes. For example.

BEFORE:
New
Need Clarification
Approved
Assigned
In Progress
Implemented on Development
Rejected
Closed - Completed

AFTER:
New
Need Clarification
Approved
Assigned
Work in Progress
Implemented on Development
Tested
Implemented on Production
Rejected
Closed - Completed

WHAT SHOWS IN USER TOOL:

New
Need Clarification
Approved
Assigned
In Progress <----
Implemented on Development
Rejected <----
Closed - Completed <----
Rejected
Closed - Completed


Arrows indicate problem. Has anyone else had this happen? Any information
would be helpful. Yes I know about the numbering and it will mess with
data, but since this is a new form with no data, it shouldnt matter.

Unfortunatly I am using 4.05. This is a feature of 5.0 and up I believe.

Hi Keith,

If you run ARS 5.x, pull down or Selection Fields do not only have the
Selection Value attribute, but also the Alias Value attribute. Do check those
too.

I found out what the problem was. The form was created with the 5.0
admin tool. I was using the 4.5 admin tool to update it. I installed
the 5.1 admin tool and changed the alias' to match and now it works.

Did you try clearing your Remedy User cache? That could be part of the
reason...

Also, did you verify that in Administrator, on the Attributes tab for your
drop-down field, verify that when you highlight a Selection Value, it
matches the value in the "Value" field below.
