I'm trying to enable the Cross-Reference option on oyr server; what I did
is as follows:

1. I enabled the 'Cross Reference Blank passwords' on the server
2. All Remedy users have userids identical to their NT users
3. On the client side, the option "Prompt for Login" is un-selected.

What is happening is that Remedy is accepting the NT password to login to
Remedy, but it is always asking for the password, no matter how many times
the user logs on.

Any hints, please?

Thanks and regards,

Hi Ghada,

I had have this behaviour, when I didn't define a user under accounts in
the login window. After defining a user account so you can chosse it from
the menu in the login window, all was okay.

HTH,
Guido
