Hi all,

I'm having a problem using Remedy 5.0.1, Oracle 8.1.7, Windows 2K :

The open list gives a time out, ARRERR[93], and doesn?t appear any kind of form, guide, etc.
What could be the problem?
Could anybody help me?

You need to get Patch 1156. This patch fixes this problem.
