I have a strange mid-tier problem.
Just some information ahead. I have a 5.0.1 mid-tier with serveral apps running without a problem. Just within one application there is one form, which has worked fine until yesterday. After typing in its url and hitting enter I get now the following error message/screen:

I checked mid-tier log, but could not find anything interesting. I redeployed the application - the problem remains. I deleted the application, restarted mid-tier. I copied the form and created a new application for it. Nothing helped.
Now I am a little bit confused, because the mid-tier server seems to run. Other forms/webview/application run fine.
One last thing I am going to try is to export the concerned webview and then reimport it. Maybe something got corrupted.

If anybody has a hint or solution, I would greatly appreciate it!
