Hi James
Not 100% sure on this one, but I had the same problem at a client a year ago
and as far as I can remember, you can not send an attachment in an
attachment field with ARWeb. I think it is somewhere in the compatibility
matrix or notes.

Subject: Viewing attachments from ARWeb
**
Good Afternoon,
Just checking to see if anyone has ever had any problems viewing Attachments
via ARWeb? Whenever I pull up a record with an attachment and click the
attachment hyperlink, a new browser window opens with a HTTP 404, "file not
found" error. I've searched the .pdfs as well as Remedy for any clues, but I
haven't found much troubleshooting help for attachments. It does this for
every type of attachment.
ARWeb Server 4.0, patch 53: Solaris
Apache Webserver 1.3.6
IE 6.0
Oracle 8.1.6
Thanks in advance for the help!
