Thanks Michael
Actually I was told PinkElephant, does have a certification for software
tools named PinkVerify. They recognize Remedy ARS and its applications
to be enabled for ITIL best practices, and the information is in their
website www.pinkelephant.com
Kind Regards,
Mauricio

Mauricio,
If you follow this link you will find some information on the Remedy
ITIL
Problem Management extension which is basically an add-on the the "out
of
the box" products.

Mike.

Hello Listers
I have a question for you. Are Remedy Applications (HD,AM,CM) approved
or certified by an external entity like Helpdesk Institute, Pink
Elephant, ITSM Forum, or whatever, to be enabled for ITIL or any other
methodology, best practice, framework, etc???
I mean, does Remedy have a formal statement or certification about this?
Anyway, is there actually an official certificate given by any
institution?
Regards,
Mauricio M.
