There is a version 5.1 available now. It has a different web client called Mid-Tier. Mid-Tier is very robust and it may be the solution you are looking for. You can browse over the manuals by going to the www.remedy.com web site. Stick with Remedy, it is the best!

Last time I sow Remedy was some year ago, but now I'm staring again with
it, and I need to update my know-how quickly.
We are playing with 4.5 release now and the main problem we have is arweb.
Arweb was installed but it was never used mainly due to video resolution
problems with applications.
I need info about remedy and web in the new releases, the possibliy to
quickly implement web application is a key point for us to choose to go on
with remedy.
