Hi, anyone having this problem: An ordinary User creates a default value in
a form, perform upload to Remedy User Central File, then delete of the
defaultvalue from the server, but the entry is still in the form. When ADMIN
perform the same, the operation is successfully performed. Submitter have
changeaccess to all fields in Remedy User Central File.
