Hi all,
I have been facing a problem in logging on to the AR SYSYTEM for
quite some time now.It takes about 31 Seconds .I done everything
right to my knowledge.But once i login the system is quite fast

My System Details are

ARSERVER - 4.5.2
application - SLA , HD 4.0.3
Threads --
FAST Threads - 7
LIST THREADS - 10
ADMIN THREAD - 1
PRIVATE THREAD - 1
Operating System - Windows NT 4.0
Database - SQL Server 7.0
Size of the Database - 123 MB used 127 MB Free

and in SLA i face the following problem -
Even when i disable a particular SLA ,it still gets attached to
the Helpdesk Cases.

address/ Hostname , so that i can check up the name to ip
resolution.
