First of all thank you to all who contribute to the ARList, it has been a
great tool to exchange ideas.

Speaking of ideas how does one handle requests that are reoccurring. We
have had two issues come up and wonder what the best solution to these
would be. The first issue would be the ability to enter multiple
conference call tickets into our system by entering one ticket with a start
date and time and end date and time. For instance someone may wish to
enter a conference call for each day at 12:00 PM for the next two weeks,
how can we spawn off duplicate requests from one ticket using a start and
end date ? The second issue relates to time tracking of our projects,
people wish to enter multiple hours for each day of the week, but not have
to enter data for each day, instead they would like to say 6 hours of
development for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Can anyone toss out any
ideas about multiple entries ? Thanks again.
