There are quite a few ways to do this.

Crystal reports is the easiest and prettiest way, and
you can easily develop multipage reports with graphs
and such.

Flashboards will do this as well, with a significant cost,
and not much in the way of support.

You can develop reports in perl or sql if you have the know-
how, perl being easier since it used the API. sql on the
backend is not something you want to do if there are other
options :)

Thanks For Your suggestion. Is it vital to use Crystal report, or Perl scripts.

Using a macro without creating a additional fields on HPD:HelpDesk form , is it possible ?
