Who out in the world is using the Mid-tier?! Just looking for some counts!

So far I haven't found clients looking for custom web pages. Any customization is usually just a header, footer or custom login/logout. Usually they're just looking for the same look and feel that Remedy User gives them.

Anyone used Dreamweaver, HTML Edit, notepad or other fine tools to create "relative" pages?

we started out using ONLY relative width views, and then found out that we could still get our custom headers/footers/etc using fixed-width views AND have better control over the field placement. So, about a year ago, we made the switch to fixed-width, and it has saved us much time and grief!
