I've been charged with analysing our license usage in Remedy -- especially as it pertains to Floating licenses. I know that a good source of info as far as license usage is the ARUSER.LOG. Does anyone know of available utilities that analyses this log and makes sense out of it? I will appreciate any help on this.

Well, you can check out Misi's rrrLic utility (all through his web-site) or you can buy License Monitor Plus from Elegant Software Products.

I wrote a script to parse through the log file and dump it into a remedy form, but then you have to figure out what you're looking for. Also, on a typical day, that was adding 14-20,000 rows of data to that table...!!
