Hello!

Our sales department has indicated interest in Remedy's CRM module. I don't see anything out there on Remedy's website and the last thing I want to do is call our sales rep. So, I thought I'd inquire here. Is Remedy still selling such an animal? If I am not mistaken, they announced at the 2001 RUG that their handy-dandy Peregrine module was better and so it would be discontinued. Please advise. Thanks.

not sure... their Compatibility Matrix shows the last CRM Server version at 4.5, which could mean that version 5 just hasn't been completed yet... or, is this the product you're looking for? If so, seems like it's still alive and well!
