Just trying to find out how many of us there are out there who've already braved the 5.x Mid-tier in Production? To make it more interesting than a simple 'yes', 'no' survey, please answer which type of views you are primarily using.

Have you "Deployed" with 5.x in Production? (meaning, are you using the Mid-Tier?)
No
No, but will be live within the next 1-2 months!
Yes - Using mostly Fixed-width views
Yes - Using mostly Relative-width views

Thanks!

We are running Remedy Help Desk on mid-tier 5.1 with IIS web server. On average, it takes about 3 minutes just to load the HPD:HelpDesk from on the DSL web client. Is this a normal response time?

5 minutes? Count yourself lucky, I've seen a lot worse.

Although if you look at: http://www.symbiontsolutions.com/tour you may find something that opens it a little faster (under 3 seconds, on average).
