Our system just started generating 3 errors rather frequently but randomly.
All 3 started about the same time and no changes to the system have been
made. The errors are below with comments on noted behavior thus far:

>91 RPC call failed Asynchronus event error

>This error indicates a protocol error. It should only occur if there is a
mismatch between the client and server's protocol definition.

COMMENTS:This error occurs on login and will usually go away with subsequent
loging attempts

>316 Failure with a temporary file

>During processing, an error occurred while attempting to use a temporary
file. There is an associated error message containing the operating system
details about the failure. By default, temporary files used by the server
are created in the directory /usr/tmp (for UNIX) or mp (for Windows NT).
Verify that this directory is present and is writable by the user running
the arserverd program. Also verify that the temporary directory has been
redirected and that the directory specified exists and is writable by the
user running the arserverd program. The directory can be a link to another
directory as long as the appropriate user can write to it. Review the reason
for failure, and correct the problem. Then repeat the operation.

COMMENTS: Occurs on form load or record save. Spent the morning on the
phone with Remedy on this one, the temp files are were all cleared out and
the system restarted. Problem alleviated for a short time (approx 1 hr)
then returned (sometimes we can go an hour or more without getting the
errors so it is possible nothing wass alleviated) this error too will
usually subside with repeated attempts

>657 Failed to complete full text operation

>This is a generic message indicating that an error occurred during a Full
Text Search operation. An associated error message consisting of the error
message from the Full Text engine describes the failure encountered.

COMMENTS: We do not even have a FT license and we checked our .def files for
any reference to full text searching and none were found.

Im boggled and dont even know where to start looking next
