That may be because you have only one attachment field defined on the Database tab of attachment field.
If this is the case, you can add more attachment fields by clicking on "Click to add" and providing the column values for the new attachment field(s) on the Database tab of Attachment Filed.

My system: ARS 4.5.2 patch 1077 on an NT 4.0/SP 6a server
SQL 7 DB
My issue: My trouble ticket form has an attachment field on it. Users need
to be able to attach
up to 3 attachments - however, after the first one, they get this message:
You have added the maximum number of attachments specified by the
administrator.
You cannot add any more attachments.
Where can I change this setting? I've checked form properties and field
properties,
but don't see anything that looks like it will help.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
