Were using Help Desk 4.0.3 with AR4.5.2. We have about 20 requesters. Is there a way to prevent some of these requesters from seeing all Help Desk tickets. In other words, I don't want certain requesters seeing tickets that don't pertain to them.

You can set the Subitter Mode Lock feature on and remove Public Group from the Request ID field. This will only allow those Requesters to see their tickets only.
