At this time, when the worklog is updated. The entry, time, and
individuals name is entered into the Diary field. What is the best way to
move additional information to the Diary field while an individual is
updating the worklog so that when the ticket is saved, it also pulls the
info from those fields as well??? Thanks.

Use a set Fields filter action that 'adds' the information from the various fields. A word
of warning is that the information from the technician may be overwritten if they do not
click on the "OK" button.
