i know about the refresh-time for the result list but it's not that feature i want.

does anybody know a way, how to force the resultlist to show immediately the creation/change of a ticket or is there another way/tool to do this with the use of ars-server?

at the moment i'm working on ars4.0.x. a migration to a later release should not be the problem (and i've to do this in near future anyway)
