Hi !!
I am trying to send a notification via a filter.
The notification should include the content of a diary field.

How can change the diary field sort order?? I want to make the diary field
to sort descending. (Newest entry first)
I know that there is a setting on every client to do this. But when I'm
using a filter...???

Is there a way to do this?? Or is this something I have to live with??

You can do this in Remedy User under options and behaviors or you can do
this in the diary fields itself under and select most recent first. hope
this helps .

OK, I know that you are able to do this in the usertool.
But what I want to do, is to send an email with this field included.
(Sorted descending)
Because I have to do this in a filter, I have no usertool to do these
changes in.....

So how can I do this without the help of the usertool??

The sort order remains when done in the diary field itself under view. I do
reports all the time and the diary fields are sorted.
