I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and what they did to
fix it or get around it. In some certain situations when a ticket is
changed to a status of done or closed it will be unable to do so since the
following error pops up upon save. The Key Time(h) field is a date field
and not a character field as the error message suggests. I was told that
the following error is a Remedy bug by a coworker and that seems to make
sense. If I can get any input from anyone that would be great. Thanks in
advance.
ARERR [306] Value does not fall within the limits specified for the field :
(max length - 255) : Key Time(h)
