After hitting the Add Person button in a ticket, and clicking on the Add To Company button, the Search Company screen pops up...The Rep types in the name, the Search Company lists all the company choices with that name, the Rep highlights one and clicks "OK", but now the company doesn't add/populate into the little window under |Company Name|Company Type|...Something no workie...The Reps make sure the Login name is populated to be able to add a person to a company. (I understand that the Login name needs to be populated to add a person to a company, as when you add a person to a company you match their Login Name/Client ID to the Company ID...What to do? Any ideas? Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
