We've been having a problem with our email notifications ever since we upgraded from 4.03 to 4.52. None of the selected include fields are indeed included. I have no idea why, but some users with different permissions are able to send the right kind of emails. Suggestions would be very usefull.

we noticed that if you are sending e-mails to an e-mail address instead of a Remedy User, you must make sure that the form, entry-id, and all fields to be included have Public permissions... otherwise, they are unable to see them... (this could also be because we have Guest access turned off...)

That's the only oddity we've found with it, so far...
