Does anyone know what the _fav file in the remedy/home directory does. On one user tool the file is missing and the user tool crashes when you try and open a form. I get the following error.

access to c:\programfiles\remedy\home\user@company.com_fav.tmp was denied.

This only happens on the one client. Could it be that the user is deleting the file?
