Has anyone integrated Netcool and Remedy? If so, does anyone know the list
price for a SQL gateway? I have requested the information from Netcool, but
the story is too long to explain here.

Not sure on the cost, but you need to buy it from Micromuse or a
reseller. It's pretty easy to set up. The gateway logs in as a client (so
you need to give it a user account). It can be setup to only need a read
license. Netcool gets info back via Notifier (it has a 3.x Notifier client
as part of the gateway), so you have to setup filters to send info back
when needed.

I work for a reseller of both Remedy and Micromuse, so we can give
quotes. Contact me off-list if you want more details (I'm an engineer, I'd
put you in touch with a salesguy who would know pricing, etc)

I would look at the Remedy gateway and not the SQL gateway however...
