I am trying to add some predefined change tasks in Remedy. After I have
added the correct information to the change task template following the
instructions in the admin guide, I receive the following error when I try
to add one of these change tasks to a change request ticket:
ARERR [307] Required field (without a default) not specified : 240000006
The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link CHG:PDT-
cmdAddSelectedTask -- action 1 (ARNOTE 1101)
I can see that it is looking for an entry in the Implementor Group+ field
on the change task form but when I look at the active link that is causing
this error, I don't see where this field is being pushed to the change task
form. I also know that when we first implemented Remedy Helpdesk at our
site I had added some predefined change tasks, tested them out and they
worked fine. I then deleted them because at that time we didn't have a
need to use them. I have upgraded our server since the initial
implementation and am wondering if that has somehow impacted this workflow.
