Good day all. I'm trying to make a change for our support users, where thay
can simply double click an item to view the details. Currently we have to
select it then click the details button. I tried turning on, table drill
down. This works, although it opens the item with the SHR:ConsolidatedList
form, I'd like it to open our Support form. Hoping someone has tried
something along these lines. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Instead of using table drill down, just find the active link(s) that fire
when you press the "Details" button and change the active link(s) to ALSO
fire on Table Double Click of the Support Requests table.

Does this also require 4.5.x client? We're still upgrading our 4.0.3
clients, but our server is 4.5.1.

I would think so since it's an active link that will be firing (client
side). I'm in the process of upgrading our environments so I can't confirm
just yet.
