Hi ,
the Automatic Escalation has been stopping Since 3 days, I can't find the
name of filters which set the Escalated? field to Yes and notify the
assignee manager
note that I create a case and follow-up until the case entered into the
SLA:TimeActionsInfo form and set Time To Notify accurate also set Notify Now
=yes
Could you give me the advice in this problem.

if you have synced the search database you can look on the related workflow
tab to see what filters and active links modify or pull values from that
field.
