Helga,
I've been using an application I developed (it's really only a form and a
perl script to load data) that loads your api/sql logs into a Remedy form...
once you hace the data in there, you can search however you want (userid,
API command, etc...)...
I tried to attach screenshots, but it looks like the listserv isn't
accepting them... so, you can grab the application at
http://www.mattreinfeldt.com/apps/ (look for 'plog.exe'... it needs ARS
4.5.x to run properly)

get the attachments to work...

Subject: tracing everything that happens using admin tool
**
Does anybody know if it is possible to get a trace of everything that
happens using the admin tool ?
API log does not really give a lot of info and sql log takes a lot of bytes
and stores info on all users.
Or even to trace all actions taken by user admin ?
Can you use a source control tool help out here ?
Are there people who have info on this ? or have tried this ?
Thanks
Helga
