We are running Remedy 4.0.3 patch 957 on Solaris 2.56 and are having a
problem where we are getting remedy server timeouts sue to creating a large
amount of records. We have integrated our remedy system with an Arbor
Billing system and in tryin to create bulk records within arbor from Remedy
we are getting the Remedy Server has timed out error. Is there a parameter
we can set for these timeouts to increase the amount of time it has to
complete the operation?
