I had this problem on a Remedy support call, and they answered my
question. This problem is a known issue with ARWEB, In chapter 7 of the
ARWEB Release notes, there is a section for making changes to the Help
Desk Central web pages, and to the Help Desk application to make it
work. I also made some other changes to get the 'show my open tickets',
and 'show urgent and high priority tickets' working. These last two
required changes to the Help Desk Central HTML files. If anyone needs
assistance with these, let me know and I'll post it to the list.

I have set up Help Desk and ArWeb on a 4.0 AR system. I am running Win
NT 4.0 (sp4) MS SQL 6.5 (sp4)
When I try to submit an entry to the HPD:HelpDesk schema via a Netscape
4.5 browser, I get the following message:
AR error 1001013:
You must select a valid Category.
Can anyone help me with this one?
