Save confirmation dialog box always pops up when I search Help Desk requests and navigate the records in result list pane. The save confirmation box appears each time when I palce the focus on 'Requester Informaiton' tab and then select another record in the result list pane without making any change to the request. If I place the focus on the other tab, such as General, Activity..., no problem at all.
This problem seems appeared after we upgraded User tool from 4.03 to 4.5.2. Do you have the same problem?
